Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframe: Expect your Cannon Home order to arrive within 3-5 business days.
Here’s how to make a return
Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN): Our friendly customer service team can assist you at info@cannonhome.me or +961 76 751 222.
Pack it Up Securely: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, or use a similar sturdy box to ensure safe transport.
Mark the Return: Mark the RAN on the outside of the box for easy identification.
Return Shipment: Return the package to us using your preferred shipping method.
We’ll process your return within 5-7 business days upon receipt. Once complete, you’ll receive a full refund via your original payment method.
Please Note
Final sale and custom-made items are not eligible for return.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.
Shipping Costs
You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping cost for returned items, except for defective or damaged products, for which we’ll gladly reimburse the expense.
